Health Initiative for Men - HIM in Surrey Health Centre

Founded in 2008 as a grassroots initiative in Vancouver, Health Initiative for Men (HIM) was established to address inequitable healthcare access for gay men. Its mission is to strengthen the health and well-being of self-identified GBQ men and gender-diverse people through a non-judgmental, sex-positive, and evidence-based philosophy. With over 15 years of experience, the nonprofit has expanded its reach across British Columbia to provide comprehensive health-based programming. HIM is unique for its holistic approach that integrates sexual, mental, physical, and social health to foster community connection and building healthy lives together.
